So...I forgot my password to my blog....but I figured it out and now I am posting again.  I have done really well the last couple weeks!! Not so much on the running front, but on the weight loss part. Whenever I run it really throws my body out of whack. I know I need to push through it and its not like I am even running for more than a few minutes. 
     I leave for Sunriver on Thursday and I am sooooo excited to spend time with the fam and be outside. Happy fourth to all of you and I hope you have a ton of fun and stay safe.
