Why Food Why?

Why is it that when you set a goal and tell yourself you are going to cut back on sweets and greasy food THAT is exactly what you want to eat ALL THE TIME?!?!?! Completely irritating. Only 2 days in and I'm frustrated. On with the fight!! I will win this time fat. I am better and stronger than you!! You better pack your bags cause you are going on a permanent vaca!

  1. I understand. i have the same weakness and it is very difficult. You don't have to completely cut them out just balance it all. That way you can get your 'fix' and still have your healthy foods as well. maybe on the day that you do choose to enjoy those things you can workout a little harder.
it is all about balance and that is the hardest part. You can do it.

  2. Balancing your cravings is the biggest thing, if you completely cut them out and are craving them all the time then you are more likely to break down and gorge and or overeat the unhealthy things. Find either replacements for them (find a green you really like) when you crave, eat ur green. Filling in something healthy for something that hasn't been I think will help a lot. Most people think they have to cut things out completely.... just balance. If you end up eating a small piece of cake, because we all know how much you like them, then eat a even less calorie meal later in day, and or go for a walk or workout.

I know you can do it Meagan!
